Brief & Backstory
J&P Immobilien needed a site that didn’t just look good – it had to convert. Together with their design agency, we helped turn the vision into a sales-ready experience: fast, elegant, responsive, and tailored to desktop and mobile users alike. Less brochure, more digital showroom.
The Big Idea
We built an interactive 3D floor plan navigator – because picking your future apartment should feel like walking through it. Visitors can hover, zoom, and explore every floor, and tap on individual apartments to reveal specs, features, availability, and price. It’s property browsing made visual, intuitive, and actually useful.
How We Brought It to Life
Every apartment is pulled in via API from JP’s property management system. Availability is always up to date, and details like balcony, terrace, garden access or floor size are shown in a clean, accessible layout. All leads go straight to the right estate agent via auto-generated emails – no manual routing needed.
