Brief & Backstory
SPDL needed a better way to connect with the next wave of talent – think young professionals, graduates, and skilled workers scrolling through endless job boards and social feeds. Instead of a careers site no one wants to read, we helped create something familiar, interactive, and a bit addictive. The goal? Make job discovery feel like content discovery.

The Big Idea
We built a swipeable story experience inspired by TikTok and Instagram. Through short videos and animated scenes, users followed a fictional person’s day – from breakfast to bedtime – spotting Siemens tech along the way: elevators, climate control, U-Bahn systems, medical imaging, and more. Each interaction fed into a lightweight profile that matched users to open Siemens roles across industries.
How We Brought It to Life
It all starts with a few gamified questions – “Who are you?” “What are you into?” – presented Tinder-style. Then comes the scrollable daily feed: bite-sized videos, animated SVGs, and likeable moments that spotlight Siemens’ massive vertical reach. At the end, tailored job matches are delivered like a personal recommendation – plus a cheeky CTA to “meet your match” and sign up for more.
